Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to start the returns process unless stated otherwise (i.e. extended Christmas returns period etc.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at clubscollectiongolf@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how/where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior warning will not be accepted or eligible for a return/refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue further and advise the next steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Not all items can be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalised items) or those in the sale. However, these would still qualify if they fall under our “Damages and Issues” policy above. If you have a question about the eligibility of your item, please contact us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. (Please note it can take some banks up to 5 working days to process a refund)
